Comments:
Sandbank except it started snowing/hailing in the middle/end so it was a snowbank. For some reason my legs didn't feel all that good on this run they were just tired and heavy the entire way I might take a ice bath tonight. We started out at an easy pace on this run but we got progressively quicker as we went on. On the hill it was quick Ronan stayed right with me Silas and Ian. Kieran was a little behind but still close. Cole was never really feeling the run he was just feeling bad and so he was a little behind. We made sure we showed him where to go at the top. I wore way too much clothes on the run so I was burning up for the entire time. Once we went back down and got onto spencer rd we picked up the pace a good amount and held it out for the rest of the run. My legs were especially tired on the hill. Got back and did some foot drills.
