Comments:
I <3 fall break. Not a single night under 9 hours of sleep get aaaaat me. Feeling really good in terms of running too, no surprise. I should do this more often
6x30m Striders felt fast. Run was nice and quick too. Not really sure how far I went. Just kinda went for a night run.
