Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Early morning double. We did 6-7 so that we could do the modified run this afternoon. I was gonna run from home but it was pitch black so I couldn't see a thing. I went on down to cass to run instead. I did a few loops around the cass loop and at some points I went to dog park and the boat clubs across the inlet. I wore a watch to check my time, but I only checked it once or twice during the run. I wanted to see what my natural pace was. I went at a relaxed pace without pushing it at all. Just enough to hear my breathing just a little. The pace looks quick now that I look at it but it felt really good and relaxed.
