Comments:
5 miler with my good son. Left my trainers at veale so went with the racing flats because I'm lazy. Got some blisters on the feet but it's okay.
The hamstrings are reeeeally feelin it still. Honestly thought I was going to pull one of them.
they felt better as it progressed.
skipped the striders because of the ol hamstrings
