Comments:
Mapped it to exactly 3 miles. Started at the top of a hill near my house did this one 1.5 mile loop then headed 1.5 miles back down to my house. It was freezing outside. Like 30 degrees. I wore a ton of layers. It is crazy that this will be the weather throughout the winter I just gotta get used to it. I was going pretty quick on this run because I wanted to get it over with and also I had these guys in tractors following close behind me and it creeped me out a little so I picked up the pace. Got home and had to get ready for school quickly so I didn't do any kind of cooldown/stretching my legs were sore all day mainly my hamstrings and my left calf.
