Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
First workout with the graz-squad. 1200's where each 200 was a different pace: 40, 30, 35, 40, 30, 35
the goal was to get faster throughout the workout but these paces are pretty quick. We have some pacing issues but it was a decent start. Real paces:
1st: 38, 32, 39, 43, 32, 39
2nd: 40, 31, 39, 42, 33, 41
as you can see we started to slip a little near the end there. Not hugely concerned, workout was based more on feel (which apparently a lot of graz workouts are)
My hamstrings a-freaking-gain. I dont know if lifting tomorrow morning is a great idea. Maybe it won't hurt I dont actually know. They felt fine at the start and by the end were super tight and sore. Lots of stretching and rolling. Maybe this is more than soreness?
