Oakcrest extended

Comments:
Did the 2 lap warmup then went inside to lift held the same weight I've been at and didn't increase my weight at all. Then we headed out for an oakcrest the pace felt really good, we kept it nice and easy mostly cause Liam was with us. Me and Liam talked about our fantasy leagues for the first part of the run, pace was conversational. We came back down and extended through Cayuga heights pushed it up a hill for a little then settled down back into our own pace again. Came down gun to finish. Drills strides and stretching afterwards.
