Hard days = Mon/Wed/Fri
Recovery = Tues/Thurs/Sat
Long Run = Sun
Not really ready yet for intervals. Legs felt like spinning, although the endurance to go longer really isn't there yet. A few weeks of base mileage and I'll be able to start easing into proper intervals
