4xmile at tempo

Comments:
I went to the Abington HS track and did warm up stuff, then 20 minutes with 3x30" pickups, then 4x1 mile at tempo with 60" rest (5:44, 5:43, 5:48, 5:38). I felt really tired and sluggish right from the start and took extra time between the 3rd and 4th one. I also changed into racing flats for the last one. I took 60" between the others. After that I jogged around/stretched, then did 4x200m w/ 200m jog (90") rest. I did them in 29, 30, 29, 30. After that I changed into my other shoes and went for my cooldown, then stretched and hung my legs.
