Weather: humid and overcast

Comments:
Long warmup followed by 20x200 with 50m jog, pretty much constant motion. Started out around 34's to 35's, last ten worked down 33-34's, last 5 were all around 31-32. Not too bad, felt very very smooth. Calves are kinda sore now.
