Comments:
I went to Drew Rd. and did the dynamic warmup stuff, then 21:00 easy with 3x30" pickups, then I did 10x80" hard with 60" rest. I didn't have access to a track so I had to do it that way. I did the first few too fast but then got into a rhythm that felt about like 5k effort. After that I did 4x150-ish meter strides, then a mile cooldown and cooldown stretches and stuff.
