Comments:
I went to MIT to do my workout, we started on the outdoor track; I did my warmup stuff and stretched and rolled a lot, then I did 18 minutes on the turf with a couple pickups, then I did 5x1600m on the track with 2:00 rest. My times were 5:33, 5:31, 5:29, 5:25, 5:29. HR was 192 after the last 3. After that we went inside where I did 6x200m w/90" rest (200m jog). Those were 30, 31.5, 31.5, 30, 30, 31. I felt pretty wiped out after the miles and had a pretty hard time with the 200s. After that I hung my legs for 10', then did a 10' cooldown, then my functional movement stuff and cooldown exercises.
