Comments:
I went to MIT and stretched and did my exercises for like 45 minutes, then did a 3 mile warmup outside with Erin, then did hurdle drills, 2 laps of Turn-Straightaways, more stretches, 2 more laps of T-S's, then 10x400m w/60" rest. My splits were 77, 74.4, 74.4, 75, 75, 73, 74, 75, 74.9, 72.5. Max HR 180. After that I did 7 strides, then stretched and rolled and did a 12:44 cooldown on the track.
