Comments:
Cold workout on the track today but decided to go for it anyway.
mile warmup plus drills and a couple striders spiked up
6 x 300 on 3 minutes
5 minute rest
3 x 300 on 3 minutes

felt really great today. Nice and fast. 300s were pretty effortless and got faster as the workout went on.
Based on pr of 4:40 (70 sec quarters) I wanted around 35 sec 200's or 52 sec 300s (+1-2 sec) so 54's
first 6: 54, 54, 53, 53, 50, 51
next 3: 52, 49, 48
2 mile cd felt fine
overall considering the wind chill brought the real feel to 13 degrees and I had tights and a sweatshirt on I'm pleased with the times and the effort. Felt fairly easy
oh also my sister forgot to pick me up so I was sitting in the cold without a phone for 45 minutes shoutout to you sis
