2x2 mile at tempo

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Went to MIT and stretched and did my drills/exercises, then did 21 minutes with Mike and JD, then stretched some more, then did 10 minutes with Erin with 2.5' up tempo, then went inside and did 2 laps turns easy straights hard, then stretched and did that again, then did drills, then 2 laps slightly up-tempo, then a few minutes of hurdle drills, then the 2x2mile at tempo pace with 2' rest. In the first one I went through the mile in about 5:35 and finished at 11:20 because I wasn't paying attention to my splits at all, then in the second one I went through in just under 5:45 and finished right at 10:30. After that I hydrated and walked around/stretched for a few minutes, then did the 4x200m with 90" rest. My times were 30, 30, 29.6, 29.3. After that I hung my legs for 5 minutes and did an 11' cooldown, then stretched and rolled.
