2k time trial and tempo miles

Comments:
8:30 practice; I stretched and did my exercises, then did the dynamic warmup, then did 3 miles easy with 3x30" pickups, then 2000m time trial on the track (4:57 through the mile, 6:08 total), then about 10' rest, then 3x tempo miles (5:46, 5:46, 5:42), then 4x 150m with 2:30 rest (21.8, 21.3, 21.2, 21.28). After That I did a 2 mile cool down then did the lower body lift at the Packard.
