Comments:
8:30 practice, I rolled out and did my functional movement stuff, then did the dynamic warmup, then 3 miles east with 3x30" pickups, then a tempo mile backwards on the track (5:43), 60" rest, then 8x600m at 3k pace with 90" jogging rest between (1:53, 1:53, 1:50.9, 1:51.3, 1:51.5, 1:51.7, 1:49.0, 1:47.6). Then another tempo mile (5:42), then 4x150m with 2.5' rest (21.7, 21.4, 22.2, 21.8), then a 2 mile cooldown to the Packard where we did upper body.
