Feeling frisky

Comments:
I was able to find a little window between picking up different daughters form different after school activities, and use that time to get a brisk run in with Daniel "the Peanut Boy" Samet. Started off self-consciously slowly from my house and wandered on and off of Military Rd to Equitation Field. I loosened up on the Western Ridge trail and we turned back along the road as daylight faded (just after the horse rink). I felt very good at this point and began to push the pace. We extended on Utah past St. Johns and wrapped back home near Lafayette. It felt good to drop the pace below 7s, as I'm pretty sure we did and I'm glad to have a run that felt this strong and yet still controlled. Chatted for a couple of minutes out front and then jogged to pick up Leah form Voice lessons. (2:30 jog) Foot is pretty good afterwards. (None of that distinct pain, but general tightness in both feet.)
