Felt good.
Ran down Reno to the Observatory and came back. My watch was two seconds ahead of the USNO clock, but I'm not sure how to change the time, so I'll just have to live with it.
Hamstrings were still sore from the workouts the past couple of days, but I didn't feel anything in my hips, which I was worried about.
