Comments:
8x30 sec pickups with 30 seconds easy pace between. Felt fast and smooth throughout. Rest of the run felt great too. Accidentally went more like 7 if not 7.5
breathing excersizes were cool. I felt like they were doing something and working but without being super taxing.
