January 18, 2016 (Afternoon)
Exercise Type: Run
Weather: Pleasantly Absolutely Freezing
Comments:
Took the usual 41st route out to Nebraska and down to BK to where the trail T's. Headed back and up the Whopper (or the "Sahill") and double back.
I zipped up my jacket over my face and wore sunglasses to stay warm, which I realized halfway through was probably why I was getting some weird looks.
Felt good, but that was probably a function of not being able to feel anything in the cold. I felt a little something on the left leg on the way back, but I was too numb to figure out what exactly it was. Left calf was pretty tight on the way out, but loosened up.
