Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
We did an endurance/speed/strength circuit today. 3x6 minutes on the treadmill followed by either 6x40 meter uphill sprints, or 6x20 yard prowler runs(50 pounds on the sled), then 5 minutes of jumping in place. I was hauling the last couple of reps. Felt pretty good.
