Comments:
Longest run since XC. But this run felt the best since XC also. Never felt like I was pushing the pace at all during the run. Just settled into my natural pace and was in a rhythm. These type of days running show why I love the sport so much. Was just having fun on a long run. The weather was really nice too. Started from the track, went down to the clock tower, over to the right to Beebee, around the entire lake, up past Hellen Newman, past the golf course to horse barn, down freese road, through those trails where I wiped out over a root, across the bridge, through Ellis hollow and up the stairs, down tower and gun hill and all the way across fall creek until I got to island again. I lifted once again and did form work.
