Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
10 minute warmup, followed by a mile Indian Run, followed by 4x 1 lap of stairs around the Scheels Arena with an ab workout in between each rep. Then 2 laps hard. 10 minute cooldown afterwards. Felt a gear that I haven't felt yet, so it's all coming into plan. Had a really good lunch today too(Porkchop, pineapple slices, blueberries, apples, two granola bars, and orange juice)
