Comments:
Early morning workout.
Bagel and peanut butter half hour before worked well.
Early wake up didn't seem to negatively impact the workout at all so this might be a regular thing.
did the 800 workout to do it with Abibo and Gabe
1200, 1000, 800 with first and last 200 @ race pace and the rest at 5k pace
managed to nail all the 200's this time which is a plus. However I think the middle sections might have been a little too slow at times. Anywhere from 6 minute pace to ~5:20 pace.
felt smooth on the 200's, encouraging workout

easy cooldown and a bunch of core and stretching.
