Just a usually Commonland with Silas. We just talked the entire time. We tried to keep it fairly easy since we have a big workout tomorrow and for recovery purposes. Still feel a little chest tightness but it's all good. Felt much better than the last time we were on Giles trails. The paces now that we have gotten used to them all feel much slower to me now. Like a 7:20 will feel relatively slow to me if I run at that pace now. It's cool how if you run at a certain pace for awhile your body adjusts to it and everything slower than that pace feels easy. Might have to double to get to my goal of 51 miles in 6 days this week. Rolled for while at home.
