Ran 5.66 miles in 40:02 with Nick, then did some speed development and then we did 4x200m starts with a little jog back recovery and overall that was 0.92 miles in about 7 minutes or so with the jogging. Then I did 18:13 more with Coach Lawson and that was 2.75 miles. Overall felt pretty good, my shin is still bothering me a little, but not too bad, I am seeing my chiropractor tonight so he'll fix it.
