Comments:
OK so wanted to do a Thompson Long Run bc gotta be ready for cross. First thing we did was the course- 7:29, 7:09, 7:21 (6:35) for a total of 21:59. Was definitely visualizing a race and it felt good. After that we chilled in some trails. Towards the end though, we were back on the course and I felt like kicking it up for the last mile, felt great.
