Comments:
Good, tough workout today (well yesterday now). Jogged warmup to CCT, which is a little over 1.5 miles, but we stopped at a park about 3/4 of the way for warmups. Did 8 striders then went into workout, which was 4 half-miles with 90 seconds of slow jogging in between. Legs felt good for the most part but they're sore today. Mostly happy with my times except the second interval, which was quite high but it was also the most uphill. Got a little bit of a stomach cramp on the last two and felt pretty miserable despite my legs feeling good but I was able to push through and recover on the way back. Times for the intervals are exact but times for the jog there and back are rough estimates based on what other people said.
