Weather: Humid as buuuuuns, ~78 degrees
Comments:
Measured out the mile w/ gps, did not get the 400, 800, or 1200 mark however, so pace was blind. First one was 5:19, so I decided it would be better to get out one more hard one then probably drop pace for 3. Second was 5:17. No physical pains.
