Weather: not bad, a little hot and sunny
Comments:
2x(8x400) with a 400 starting every 3 minutes and a 5 minute break after 8. First set was a lot of 72-75's, second set was 72, 70, 69, 68, 67, 66, 66, 65. Felt very smooth first set, legs got a little heavy second set. Wasn't really worn out but legs couldn't keep up
