Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Started today with the team warmup. I did the full mile because I did the 3 then Silas wanted to do a lap that he missed so I did it with him. Then we met with coach and he said we were doing some easy mileage and then strides and handoffs when we got back. We did a footbridge and I forgot how short a footbridge is so we had to extend through Cayuga heights again. I was working on landing more lightly on my feet again. My left foot feels like it's bruised right now from the past few weeks. For some reason the past shoes I had like dug into my feet or something. Anyways I got new shoes so that should help. They are a little more heavy but more cushioned and should do the job. Got back and did strides(6) with a 100m jog back then handoffs(6) about 50m each. Did handoffs with my 4x4 relay team. Which is Hunter Abe and Joe so we should be pretty solid tomorrow. Afterwards did 2 laps of barefoot running with Silas. Rolled at home after. The time on my watch for the run could have been a little off.
