Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Haven't done a Dogpark or anything that way in awhile so it was only right to swing over there for our 50min-1hr run. The pace was quick as it always is on cass parks but My arms were good today they didn't go out they just went back and forth. Had a chiropractor today and it really helped me. Actually saw my chiropractor on the run today he said he was on a casual 16 miler for a short day. It's crazy. When we got to Dogpark Ian said his legs were hurting a little bit so he chilled while we did the mile loop then he started running with us again. We passed some sprinters on the way back they were doing their long run. It was the lower level sprinters. Except they weren't running they said they ran about 80% of the time there and 20% of the time back so 100%. I just don't understand how they just don't listen to coaches like that. If I did something like that under Coach B or Weishaar they would kill me. We did the normal lifting and it is definitely getting easier each time as my strength is coming back which is a good sign. Couldn't stretch with Silas because I had to leave early so I stretched at home.
