XC 2016. After talking with coachL, it's time for xc base to begin. Therefore it's time to start recording milage again.
Notes:
This summer I'll be taking my 'slight break' during the summer, to prevent feeling exhausted
Milage may be lower, supplemented by bike riding, swiming etc
lifting and exact milage etc will be discussed later.
