Footbridge

Nice and easy pre-meet footbridge. We decided to extend through Cayuga Heights as well. It ended up only being me, Silas, Hunter, and Neil after everyone else turned back only. the pace felt fine so it's not like we were straight killing it. Really wanted to run yesterday but I had a 2 day sickness, so it was good that I took 2 days off instead of making it worse. Sometimes it's better to take time off. Anyways I felt alright in this run today. We got back to the high school and did some harder strides and then headed back in where Coach W gave us our events. I was planning on the 1600/3200 double but Coach gave me the 1600/800 double which I actually like more even if I haven't tried the first double. 1600/800 is actually enjoyable. I'm just gonna go out and have fun tomorrow, something that I forget to do a lot at meets.
