Weather: sunny and warm

Comments:
Ran a 15 minute warm up by the corner of walton and adams. Did four quarter repeats with 20 seconds rest in between. Splits were 1:20, 1:20, 1:16, 1:15. Then ran a 15 minute cool down. Felt strong during the repeats, but sluggish on the way home.
