Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Woke up late today so it was very hot by the time I woke up. Was supposed to do 40-60 mins recovery today so I decided to do 50. Tried to stay in the shade as much as possible to avoid the sun. I was thinking too much about my arms and it just felt off. Partly my neck and shoulders have been very sore lately so they weren't normal in the first place. Felt pretty dehydrated on the run. Can't wait to be back in Ithaca running. It's nice and warm here but just not good running weather. Plus there are limited places I can go and no hills whatsoever. Like today I just did loops in this park, which was alright just kinda boring. Since I've gotten here I've been very sore. My upper quad is very sore so I gotta watch for that and a muscle behind my knee is sore. My IT bands have been really tight which might be causing that. I tried again to take an ice bath but again it didn't work and there was no cold water. I need one badly. I think I'm either gonna take tomorrow off or bike depending on how I feel. I'm not racing Saturday, just doing a workout.
