Exercise Type: Run

Nice easy run today with Neil and Hunter. Was running with Simon and Shea but they walked every time we got to a hill so we dropped them. Just did a Giles but up past belle Sherman into Cornell and down. First day back and hardly anyone was there at practice. I feel like many people, mostly the sprinters are skipping. After a great showing at relays, then skipping practice is kinda ridiculous. I feel like building off that momentum we had going would be a great thing for our team. While other teams like Binghamton are probably going hard in workouts, I'm not sure how our sprinters are gonna keep up with them. We'll see what happens by state quals because that's all that matters. Strides afterwards and then I lifted, something I haven't done in awhile. My legs definitely felt heavy from that ice bath yesterday but all aches and pains are now gone so I don't have to keep icing them. I do need to focus on doing abs more though as I have gotten away from that lately.
