Cornell run

Comments:
A day of recovery today. Ran by myself from the Cornell track where there was a meet going on, over to the plantations. Followed the trails out to freese. Then went up to horse barn past the golf course, and around beebee. Then I took another loop in the plantations and finished the run. My shoulders and neck have been so sore lately I'm just never comfortable. When I'm running and when I'm not running. I need to see my chiro. I tried my best not to think about my arms on this run and focus on other things but it was hard. I feel like whenever I don't think about my arms they are their best. It's when I start over focusing on them when they get tight. You really can't overthink anything in running. You gotta just relax and let it flow. I'm trying to get back to that state. Stretched after the run.
