Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Premeet today before tomorrow's meet. Did the team warmup then ran over to cass with all of the guys and headed back. When we got back we did 8 strides with a jog back in between. Ever since my plane ride back my neck has been just killing me. We'll see how it all goes tomorrow. After the running part of practice I lifted. I really have no clue what I am running tomorrow but I will just have to see what Weishaar has for me. I'm really down to run anything. I was taking to coach and we were talking about versatility. I take pride in being a very versatile runner. I like running a fast 400 and also a nice and smooth 5k. It's also very helpful for the team so I can help the team in many events. Also it's helpful in races because it helps in any race environment, if it's a fast or slow race.
