Speed workout

Comments:
We started with a long progression run over to the farmers market and water front trail then came back a round the high school and to the track. Then we did ins and outs and some faster 150s for our warmup. The workout was a speed ladder starting at 100m and adding 10 meters each time, and the goal pace was to add on one second each time from the starting time of 16 seconds for the 100m. The recovery was a walk/jog back. I felt pretty good on the workout. It wasn't meant to kill anyone so I wasn't really feeling it all that much. Went a little too fast on most of my reps. I only really felt the last 3 reps. They were pretty quick. This was a good tune up for the meet on Friday just to sharpen up my legs a little. My shoulders felt pretty loose while sprinting. I'm trying to relax my face. Finished with a longer cool down to the bird sanctuary. Afterwards I did foot drills and got a massage. Stretching and rolling at home also.
