Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Coach said to go out for an hour today and we started out at a modest 6:50 and eventually just kept dropping it down and I hit a 6:24 at one point..pretty quick but it wasn't all that bad I was definitely tired after but not the worst its been. Tried to lift after but I couldn't do a ton as it hurt my knees so I did a little and then some core.
