Comments:
Had a chiropractor after school so I didn't get to practice until 4:30. The guys decided to do a Cornell run and they were already gone so I just did a Giles. Kept the pace smooth but my calves were a little sore. It might've just been because of the tough workout yesterday. Went a little quick since I was by myself. Got back and talked with Silas while doing foot drills, also did some abs. I really need to get back into doing abs everyday when I'm not racing/the day before I race. Stretched at home afterwards.
