This is my go to run when I just want to have a chill run. Started running at 10:20 pm and finished around 11. There was no one out there and it was pretty dark out. But the moon was out so I could still see. I wore a headlight just in case though. The only problem with running at night is you can't really tell when you're picking up the pace. So as a result today's run was pretty quick. It felt pretty good though. I tried to keep my arms from not flailing around and it felt better after the first 20-25 mins which is the case with a lot of my runs. Finished with some drills and strides. I felt really smooth on the strides.
