Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Six miles, each mile the time decreased by 30 seconds, starting at a 9:15. I ran the first 4 miles with Forest then she had to leave. Since we ran all of our splits faster than we were supposed to coach let me do my last 2 miles at 8:30, but I ended up subconsciously doing 7:30's. I think my watch is broken, even though its brand new.
