Ran by myself in my neighborhood. Legs were a little sore today, they didn't feel that bad on the run though. Tried to really focus on pacing a little faster but I don't think I have enough endurance/strength built up to do that yet. I also tried a gps app since I didn't have my watch and it said I ran a 2:57 split lol I guess the service on my street isn't reliable enough to use a tracking app :( My mental strength seems to be okay but my body just needs to catch up.
