Went to school to pick up a book from Evan Smith and lift a bit.
Book was The Periodic Table by Primo Levi. It looks interesting, but I haven't read a whole lot of it yet.

Circuit:
3x10 for all of these, weights in lbs on both sides of bar
Bench Press: 25 w/ black bar (will check weight on that)
Squats: 35 w/ squat bar
Walking Lunges: 25 w/ short bar
Deadlift: 35 w/ squat bar
Incline BP: 35s
Chest Flys: 20s
Shoulder Press: 30s
Lat pull downs: 100 lbs
Tricep pull downs: 30, 30, 27.5
Cable Crosses: 22.5 ES

2x10 Box Drives -- Saw these on an instagram post by some long jumper and they looked good, so I tried a few. They were pretty brutal after the first few.
2x10 medicine ball wall throws: shot put, discus -- 1x10 of jav: must work on this and find a lighter ball
1x10 stingers
