My two weeks (finally) ended today. I decided that I should just do a short and easy run just to get moving again. I probably won't actually start training again until early next week, but I felt really antsy today. On that note, my run felt terrible. I felt sluggish and out of shape which is especially frustrating because just two weeks ago I was running a half marathon and feeling great. I knew it wouldn't feel good but I didn't expect it to be this bad. I also haven't been as careful about what I eat. My right hip bothered me a little bit as well.
