Turks and Caicos

Great day in the office. It was late when I got to Turks and Caicos so I hit up the treadmill for 5.5 miles. I went faster as I went on but was going a little too fast at the end. I gotta be smarter about that. I just got too caught up in going faster. Before the run left arch was hurting a lot. I guess it's because yesterday was my first day in my new shoes and I haven't really broken them in yet. Anyways I just brought my speaker into the weight room at the resort and blasted music while I zoned out while on the treadmill. Normally I don't like going on the treadmill but it was late and I didn't know my way around. Finished with some easy barefoot running around a small field (.65 miles) and then spent awhile in the gym doing abs, stretching, and rolling. The only thing I didn't do was hips which I will do tomorrow.
