Weather: hot and humid out, but nice in the trail

Comments:
5xMile(ish) of the first mile of the cj course with 3 mins rest, start varied a little. First one was around 1.1 (5:58), the rest were around 1.2 (6:31, 6:28, 6:22, 6:24). Way down focused on rhythm; the way back up was pretty tough resistance. Overall felt awesome today and really liked the workout, pretty fun.
